Executive Ascend™ Coaching Agreement A Mutual Understanding & Commitment Thank you for choosing Executive Ascend™. This document is not intended to function as a legal contract. Rather, it exists to create clarity, establish mutual expectations, and ensure that both Coach and Client begin this journey with complete understanding and open communication. The best coaching relationships are built on trust, honesty, commitment, and mutual respect. This agreement simply defines how we'll work together so that we can focus our energy where it belongs—on helping you grow. The Purpose of Executive Ascend™ Executive Ascend™ is a 90-day elite performance coaching experience designed to help leaders maximize their professional performance while simultaneously strengthening their inner life, relationships, communication, and overall fulfillment. The objective is not simply to help you earn a promotion. The objective is to help you become the kind of leader who naturally earns greater influence, responsibility, and opportunity because of who you have become. This coaching integrates leadership development, elite mental performance, communication strategy, identity-based coaching, accountability, and practical action into one highly personalized coaching experience. Your Executive Performance Intensive™ Everything begins with your Executive Performance Intensive™, a two-hour deep-dive coaching session. During this intensive we'll explore: Your personal and professional history Leadership strengths Communication patterns Current challenges Career aspirations Relationships Personal values Sources of stress Limiting beliefs Areas of untapped potential Long-term vision Following this session, Ricky will personally develop your customized 90-day coaching strategy. No two coaching plans are ever identical. What You Can Expect From Ricky Throughout this coaching relationship Ricky agrees to: Coach with honesty, compassion, wisdom, and professionalism. Provide individualized coaching based entirely on your goals and circumstances. Challenge you when needed while always treating you with dignity and respect. Maintain confidentiality except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect someone's safety. Provide practical frameworks, tools, strategies, and assignments designed specifically for your development. Remain available between sessions through reasonable email and voice message support. Prepare Weekly Executive Performance Briefs summarizing your coaching, action items, and weekly focus. Continuously seek your highest good rather than simply telling you what you want to hear. What I Ask From You Your success will depend largely upon your willingness to engage fully in the coaching process. To maximize your growth, I ask that you: Attend every coaching session fully present and prepared. Complete agreed-upon action steps between sessions. Communicate honestly, even when conversations become difficult. Be open to new perspectives and constructive feedback. Ask questions whenever something is unclear. Respect scheduled appointment times. Commit yourself fully to becoming the leader and person you desire to become. Extraordinary coaching cannot replace personal responsibility. Growth requires both of us. Coaching Sessions Your Executive Ascend™ experience includes: One (1) two-hour Executive Performance Intensive™ Twelve (12) private Executive Performance Strategy Sessions Unlimited reasonable email and voice message coaching between sessions Weekly Executive Performance Briefs Executive Performance & Life Mastery Toolkit Leadership Library Lifetime access to future toolkit updates Sessions are generally sixty minutes and are scheduled by mutual agreement or through Calendly. If a scheduling conflict arises, simply provide as much notice as possible so we can reschedule. Life happens. We'll work together. Coaching Is Not Therapy Executive Ascend™ is professional coaching. It is not psychotherapy, counseling, legal advice, financial planning, medical treatment, or mental health care. If issues arise that would be better served by another licensed professional, Ricky may recommend seeking additional support. Confidentiality Everything discussed during coaching remains confidential except where disclosure is legally required or necessary to protect someone's safety. Trust is essential to meaningful coaching. Coaching Materials All coaching frameworks, worksheets, assessments, written materials, recordings, models, and intellectual property remain the property of Centerfield Coaching & Consulting. You are encouraged to use these materials for your personal growth and leadership development. Please do not reproduce, publish, distribute, or teach these proprietary materials without written permission. AI & Documentation To improve the quality and organization of your coaching experience: Coaching sessions may be recorded for note-taking and documentation purposes. Ricky may use AI-assisted tools to organize coaching notes and prepare your Weekly Executive Performance Briefs. All coaching insights, recommendations, and strategies originate from Ricky. Client information is handled with discretion, and identifying information may be minimized when technology is used for administrative purposes. If you would prefer that sessions not be recorded, simply let Ricky know before your session. The Executive Ascend™ Guarantee Your confidence matters. If after your first two coaching sessions you genuinely believe Executive Ascend™ is not delivering exceptional value or helping you move meaningfully toward your goals, simply let Ricky know. Your investment will be refunded in full. No pressure. No questions. No awkward conversations. The goal is to create a coaching partnership built on enthusiasm and trust—not obligation. Preferred Client Continuation Many clients discover that their greatest growth begins after the initial 90-day experience. Upon completing Executive Ascend™, you'll have the opportunity to continue coaching at the exclusive Preferred Client Rate of $750 per month. This preferred investment is reserved exclusively for Executive Ascend™ graduates and represents more than a 50% savings compared to Ricky's standard ongoing coaching investment. There is absolutely no obligation to continue. Mutual Understanding This coaching relationship is built upon mutual respect. Either party may choose to discontinue coaching if the relationship is no longer productive or appropriate. Should Ricky determine that coaching is no longer serving the client's best interests, any unused prepaid coaching fees will be refunded. Likewise, clients are encouraged to communicate openly if concerns arise so they can be addressed quickly and respectfully. Results While many clients experience significant professional, personal, and relational transformation, coaching outcomes naturally vary. No specific results, promotions, income increases, business outcomes, or personal achievements can be guaranteed. Your growth will depend upon many factors, including your willingness to apply what is learned, your consistency, your circumstances, and your commitment to the coaching process. What Ricky does promise is this: He will bring his experience, preparation, honesty, wisdom, and wholehearted commitment to every session.
